We noticed a leak in an upstairs bedroom. Matt came out immediately, and investigated the attic, and located the problem: daylight showing through a 10-year-old, worn-out, pipe vent boot. Soon after we had a man on the roof replacing several weather-beaten boots, and inspecting the roof for other potential problems (popped nails). Reasonably priced. Very pleased with this company's dedication to helping homeowners!
