I’ve been sick recently and needed to schedule a dr appt. My primary was supposed to try to fit me in, but I never even got a call back. All of the CVS minute clinics are either booked with appts or are closed due to staffing shortages. I called NorthStar, and they helped me get a same-day appt on short notice. They were all so pleasant and helpful. I plan to switch over to them after my experience today.

They spend time with you and don't seem to be in a hurry to rush you out the door to get to next patient.

I can not say enough good things about this practice! We had been with Dr Chase and Dr Ashley for many years and we were devastated when we heard they were leaving, luckily they decided to open their own practice. I’m not sure i can even call it a practice, it’s more like family. On our most recent visit, we were scheduled just to see the nurse, not an actual office visit, so my 4 year old an 4 month old could get their shots. I passed Dr Chase in the hallway and had numerous questions about my 4 month old. Without hesitation he answered my questions and helped me out with a new issue that had come about, and had the issue resolved before we even left the office! I want you say a huge THANK YOU to the whole team at NorthStar for putting their patients first above anything else!
