Corey was great, helped assess a persistent issue with a 30 year old toilet, as well as weigh the costs/benefits of a new toilet vs tweaking the existing one. We opted to go with a new toilet and he had one ordered and installed within a few days! The new toilet is great, plus we came in under the original estimate and he was able to fix an issue with the shower in the same bathroom!If they don't answer right when you call, leave a message and they really will get back to you by the next day. They're a small outfit of good, local folks and they stay busy for good reason. They'll call back and you'll be happy you were patient!

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are prompt, professional, respectful of property, and very reasonable. They are the epitome of a hometown business with big company results. I will continue to use Gauldin plumbing for a several upcoming projects.
