Ken was right on time. Polite and also courteous when we asked questions. Left his shoes at front door when entered. Explained type of roaches we have had. Clearly explained about the chemical treatment in relation to our cat. Took up bait traps we had bought as backup to kill roaches and replaced with correct type of white boxes we could use to make us feel more comfortable. Very pleased with service we received.
