Wait time less than 5 minutes. Clean lobby and exam rooms. Wait time for extender/provider less than 5 minutes. Caring, competent, quick, appropriate testing. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY ?
The staff was phenomenal and super caring. Carol Lynn LaTorre was super attentive to my concerns and did a great job evaluating me and treating me. I was so thankful to be cared for especially when I did not feel well. Great job to urgent care of Statesville for going the extra mile!
I had a most positive experience during my visit at Piedmont HealthCare Urgent Care in Statesville. The staff were very attentive to my needs and friendly. The care I received was very professional yet personal and genuine concern was expressed and proper treatment was administered and corrected my problems. I would most definitely recommend as well as thankful to know they are there if and when needed. We are blessed with such wonderful Piedmont HealthCare and their facilities and staff are always very good during my experiences.
