It is a great comfort to know that my asthma is taken very seriously and treated in the same manner by CJ Bellina. When I leave the office, I know my acute issue will be resolved, that CJ has thought proactively about my situation and that I am in very capable hands. This holds true for my long-term asthma care also. Dr. Perez has done a couple of bronchoscopies on me and here's another great pulmonologist in the practice.
Arrived 15 minutes pryer to my 10:45 appointment waited 30 minutes after appointment time approached information desk where receptionist checked to see what was the problem I was told that they had some difficult patients an was running behind. Dr. Ordaz came into the room I told him I really did not know why Tammy had asked me to return because I had no changes to meds and didn’t understand either. I considered this visit was a waste of my time and the Dr.s and unnecessary charges for my insurance and me.
Piedmont Pulmonary has an excellent professional staff! Not only do they possess great knowledge & expertise, they are also very kind, caring & concerned about the patient. I left the building feeling relaxed & comfortable concerning my recent visit with an exceptional pulmonologist.
