Many clients have had great experiences, trusting the staff completely and feeling confident in the care their pets receive. For example, pet owners have praised the staff for their kindness, thorough explanations, and follow-up calls to check on their pets after procedures. Although the hospital is not close to the reviewer's current temporary residence, they would consider making the five-hour drive back to receive the same excellent care and service.
You will never find a more loving and compassionate animal clinic anywhere. They treat all kinds of pets-animals from rats and snakes to horses, goats, and yes, they will come to you if necessary.
They put a lot of energy into making sure that your beloved pet is well cared for, as they make the clinic feel like an extension of the pet's home.
Staff is gentle, kind, caring, pleasant, and very professional. If you have a situation with your pet that they're not able to treat, the staff is quick and happy to refer you to another clinic that can handle your needs with the same loving care.

When my 9 year old Doberman began developing symptoms of potential heart failure, I contacted North Iredell Animal Hospital first thing in the morning. We were not established patients as we just moved to NC but they got us an appointment that day. I had to take him in with my 2 toddlers, but they were his favorite people, so I wanted them to be with him. The office was so clean and open and just overall calming for our dog. We had such a wonderful experience with Cookie’s visit. The vet and staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They treated Cookie with so much patience and gentle care, which made us feel very comfortable.
