JMS has done work for me several times over the years. My roof is a tricky one- ceramic tile. The most recent repair was of a chronic (90-plus years) leak at a chimney. It was difficult work, and demanded meticulous attention, which it received at the hands of JMS's expert, seasoned crew. It is not every day that one can find a company who will address such a project, much less with such a thoroughgoing understanding of its entailments.
