It has truly been a God sent blessing using HomeInstead in helping keep my wonderful aunt and uncle in their home. They have been so loving and caring as if my aunt and uncle were part of their family. Cissy, Christy, Michelle, Pat, and Deb are our regulars and you could not ask for a greater group of people who work as a team and are in constant communications with the family, myself and sister. When we have had concerns, Kayla has always responded quickly and professionally. There is some really great people at home instead but then when your problems get worse and you really need them to be here for you and they say they can't help you anymore I think they take it a little personal I had a permanent caregiver Pro Shanae Robinson but she moved out of state I had her for two over two years and it seems like to me cuz they were having such a hard time finding someone to cover me 7 days a week it made easy on them well I'm sorry nurse Deborah in the Statesville office for some reason that you don't communicate with the Mooresville office which is where I live now thank goodness but I'm having to move by the end of this month... read full review

I would like to take this time recognize my care pro LaVonna better known to me as Cherry she is a very caring and loving person. She is always there for me when I'm home and not well. She takes even better care of me when we are out shopping. Cherry doesn't allow the people in the world to treat me bad when I'm not myself and I just thank you for sending her to me .
