I would like to take this time recognize my care pro LaVonna better known to me as Cherry she is a very caring and loving person. She is always there for me when I'm home and not well. She takes even better care of me when we are out shopping. Cherry doesn't allow the people in the world to treat me bad when I'm not myself and I just thank you for sending her to me .
I have found that our caregiver,Miss Cherry, is a VERY good caregiver! She does whatever is needed for my husband and I, and anytime I ask for something or need her help with something, she is right there to comply!I recommend her VERY highly and really appreciate her help with my husband and myself!..Her first name is LaVonna by the way
Our caregivers are awesome, especially Padma. The reason I only gave Home Instead 4 stars is because there is no communication in the office—not now and not when we started with Home Instead in August, 2020.
