Two weeks ago, we had a problem with our kitchen faucet. Leigh and Holly were so great to get us scheduled. Keuryan came out and diagnosed the problem, decomposing galvanized pipes. Keuryan and Riley came out and working like dogs replaced our hot water heater, faucets, and water pipes. They were so good and professional. It corrected the problem. These guys (Joe and Kieran) came to the house of a lady I care for. They came to repair only 4 days after the initial visit. Showed up at 9am and worked like dogs, not until the job was done, but until the impossible was done because they wanted to resolve the issue. I can not tell you how overwhelmed both of us were by these guys staying not until the initial problem was resolved but going above and beyond, in spite of incredible odds, they freed up the pipes and septic tank until it was not just open but was 100% freed of tree roots. After calling multiple plumbers Hall’s was the only one that had an actual person answering the phone. We’ve used them several times for various needs over the past year. They have always come out quickly and went above and beyond to get the job done and done right!
