I had been thinking about getting a haircut for a couple months then I randomly made an appointment last minute to get it cut. Something quick and inexpensive ($20). Jessica was absolutely amazing, kind and sweet. She did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!!

As of late the wait times have been averaging 30-40 minutes in the middle of the day. Thankfully, I have the app so I sat at home all comfy on my sofa watching the latest season of The Bear until I received notification I should head to the salon. Once I arrived my wait was mere minutes. I requested Barbi because, well, she's Barbi and she's knows my head of hair like no one else. I was looking to switch up my style and Barbi listened with a friendly ear as I struggled to communicate my wishes. Again, she's simply awesome and got to work right away. Decided to get a quick haircut. Called Great Clips North Point in Statesville. Barbi answered the phone. Very friendly, customer service- great. I went to location. Not crowded. Staff very pleasant. Barbi assisted me. I later learned she was the manager. I could not have been happier. She knew exactly what was needed. Great attitude! Store-- very clean. I'm sure they have busy times. My experience was outstanding. I would easily visit again, even if there was a wait. Thanks to Great Clips for having a dedicated staff. And thanks to Barbi for the great haircut!Service: Haircut
