Rusty installed a commercial size mini split in our store and was very professional had all the equipment that was necessary to do the job . Rusty and his team took our old ac unit and duct work out stayed until 2am Making sure they finished up with there work and cleaned up there install ,we couldn't be happier with the products they installed and the fantastic warranty that came with it . While they were In the area the next day I was so impressed I had them clean and service our home ac unit .they cleaned the coils and charged the refrigerate even found our leak that 2 other companies failed to find . I have had lots of experiences with all sorts of HVAC installers/maintenance crews whether i am having to "supervise" them on a jobsite and tell them what needs to be done or where it needs to be done. Or simply hiring them for my personal home, working on my personal equipment. Most of them either cancel on you at the last minute or i have had several chose to not show up and not tell us they are no longer coming by to do the job. That is why it is SUCH an incredible relief to have found someone like Rusty here at Kaywood comfort.
