The builder never does his one year walk through. My floor is sloping in. My floors are not level they drop 1/2” in 8 feet. Ray Short Jr has no clue on draining. He won’t fix anything and lies to your face even when you have proof. More homes in the development has major issues and he will not address them. Tracey walker will call and threaten you with their lawyer for stating the truth. Both Tracey Walker and Ray Short jr are the worst people to deal with. I

New development homes at reasonable prices I've been helping wire these new homes since last spring we've probably wired 25 so far and got around 30-35 more to do so buy while you can this community is almost complete
