Brought my small old overweight dog to the clinic to establish Care and because she was favoring her back leg. Wasn't pressured at all. Everything was approved beforehand and discussed at length. I was shown respect and courtesy. My dog was treated with kindness. We live in Wilson but will make the drive without hesitation.

Took my cat here to get neutered. The staff were very helpful and kind. I recommend them and will be going back for future veterinary needs! (Picture is of my baby after we got home)

The Cottage is great, but it comes with a couple of caveats that you need to be aware of ahead of time.First, they really care about the animals, and you will get top-notch care for your pets at the best prices in the local area.BUT they do not take appointments for basic services (they do for surgery and other procedures), so be aware you may spend more time than you want to, waiting for your turn.Second, you should also be prepared to be judged, and they will hard sell you on things you may not want.
