⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Henson Heating & Cooling! I came home from work to find my house at 81 degrees. I called Henson Heating & Cooling, and Joe was incredibly professional and reassuring on the phone. He told me they would get me taken care of, and they absolutely delivered. When Eric and Jaxon arrived, they were prompt, professional, and got right to work diagnosing the issue. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and had our AC running again in no time. From the first phone call to the completed repair, the entire experience was outstanding. 5 stars Henson's Heating and Cooling is hands down the best around. He came out to my house today, figured out the issue instantly, and had my AC fixed on the spot so I didn't have to suffer in this heat. Every other company tried to charge me 3x the price and push me toward a new unit, but he saved me a fortune and proved he actually cares about his customers. Professional, honest, and beyond skilled - I won't use anyone else ever again. If you want the job done right, call Henson's.
I called them on a Thursday and they were out on Friday. Replaced my system before lunchtime. Quick response time and quality work. Highly recommend them to keep you cool!
