So I hired this business to come and mow my property which included a large bank out back. They came and mowed the property, but did not do the bank as requested. I went ahead and agreed to pay a further charge for them to come back and finish the bank, but long story short, when I was able to go back and show them that I requested the bank mowed from the beginning, they apologized, admitted the mistake, and came back and did it at no charge, honoring the first quote they gave me. In other words, they did the right thing. It was an honest mistake, which we all make, and they were honest in providing a resolution. The job was done satisfactorily as well.
