The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I took my dog in for her first professional groom. They did an amazing job. Very professional, and great with the animals. Highly recommend!
The environment is exceptionally clean, with a pleasant variety of toys and treats available. My two Shih Tzus appeared well cared for. However, I would suggest informing new clients that they might be leaving their dogs for up to half a day. When I mentioned to the groomer that I would be nearby waiting, it would have been helpful to communicate that it might be better for me not to wait, as the grooming process could take half a day or longer. Aside from that, everything was satisfactory, and I still recommend their services.
