Wow love this place! The owner and the staff is so friendly and sweet! I had a private with Jenna.. she's so amazing you feel like you have instant best friend! She's so knowledgeable about the body! I had a pretty bad car accident accident accident, and some auto immune issues going on and she was so sweet and compassionate and very helpful and gave me confidence again to move my body and then I'm gonna get better. I highly recommend the studio. I will be a forever client and if you want a great private, Jenna is amazing.

Came to Southport for a bachelorette party. With a long rainy day we looked for some indoor activities to fill our weekend. Michelle at Southport Pilates was awesome! She was very responsive and accommodating over email for our group of 7 girls. We had SO much fun in our class that she geared towards beginners but still made sure to show us all the classic and cool parts of Pilates. She kept the energy in the room so fun and was clearly so knowledgeable. The whole group had an awesome time. It was also a completely reasonable rate for an essentially custom private class for us. Southport Pilates is an excellent small Pilates studio. They made me feel so welcome while I was in town. The small class sizes and high-quality instruction lead to impactful results and a customized feel. Everyone is warm and kind. If you are experienced or just starting, I can't recommend this studio highly enough!
