“Manning’s transferred my termite bond; Jared came out to meet us and explained their services. He did an inspection and found that the dehumidifier was no good. They put a new one in the same day!

I was very impressed with their promptness, professionalism and efficiency. I’m very happy to have them doing our termite/pest control.

After six months, I am happy to say that Manning's is very reliable and does good work, and that goes for their technicians, too. They are always efficient, friendly, and respectful. Thanks, Nick, for our last dehumidifier check!

Excellent work. Zack arrived on time, and got the job done. Some lattice had to be removed to gain access, and they put in back when they were finished - I couldn't even tell it had been done! Very happy to have my Termite warranty extended.“

We've had several techs over the years and our current tech, Tammi, is by far the best. She's very friendly and cares about doing a good job to keep our home pest free.
