“I had a 2:00 PM appointment at Diamond Nails on Long Beach Road today, and even though they were extremely busy, they were ready for me the moment I walked in.
I sometimes struggle with getting my nails done here due to communication barriers, but the technician who worked with me today did a truly fantastic job. She was incredibly detailed and made sure everything was done exactly right.
Because of my neuropathy, I typically don't have a lot of feeling in my feet. However, I had two ingrown toenails and a large corn that needed attention. When she was cutting my nails and working on those areas, I could definitely feel it, and she went to a great deal of trouble to carefully clean everything out. I greatly appreciated her patience, gentleness, and hard work to make sure I was taken care of.
They recommended that I come back once a month, and based on this experience, I absolutely will. It is clear that she does a wonderful job and genuinely cares about the well-being of her customers!“
