Nolan and his office helped me sell my home and find a new one. Amy is a wonderful stager Nolan’s office is very professional his photos and description of your home is outstanding Nolan doesn’t stop helping you when the deal is done. My husband is very sick and I needed Nolan more than most of his clients. He helped find a mover, insurance., a very good contractor. He even helped me hang a mirror.

I would highly recommend Nolan Formalarie if you are looking to buy or sell a home. He helped us sell my Mom's house quickly even during the slow season. He staged the house beautifully, helped us find all the services we needed for cleanup, repairs and moving and he represented my mom nicely for a smooth closing.
