My computer crashed. Rob responded and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts arrived were installed and I was back up and running in no time. Rob is professional, polite and knows his stuff. He is now my go to guy for all my computer needs. Fair pricing. Highly recommend
Rob replaced my computer's hard drive (fried by the hurricane power outage), installed WIN 10 with all drivers and updates, tested all, and returned to me an essentially brand new desktop computer, all within a day. I am well pleased with Bits-N-Bytes and highly recommend it to everyone!!
