Beyond bad. Needed an interpreter, insurance would pay for one. No big deal right. The old manager lady refused to get one and argued with me and said I can do it, even though I clearly explained to "it" that it will not cost them a dime. Since she is one with very little knowledge I said that is breaking state and federal laws and bam "it" hung up on me. Sorry excuse for an office manager. Discrimination of the disabled at its finest.

Called to get email copy eye exam for my mom. Was told that they where unable to send. It is 2021 and you dont email eye pecriptions??? So we need to drive all the way to your offllice just to pick up a the paper.Make it easier for you staff and clients.people are look for cinvenence and if you can't provide people will look elsewhere. that how small business go under.

This place is great. I had a case of pink eye, I called and they fit me in within a hour. The Southport staff is kind and gracious. No one recoiled at the appearance of my eye. Dr DeLauriers is fantastic. She always remembers me and my personal life. She is respectful and polite. I could not have asked for better care.
