Tripp and Sons has always provided great service. I recently had a problem with my AC and when I called the office Brandon was not there because of a family medical event and couldn't come out that day. I certainly understood that. I did manage to get the problem fixed myself and I called their office and told them the AC was back on, they wouldn't need to come out. First thing the next morning I get a call from Brandon saying he had seen my service request and he wanted to make sure that I didn't still have a problem.
