Dr Whitekettle was so personable, he explained everything to me in simple terms and made sure I understand.
All of the staff very very friendly and polite.
Update: after visit 3 - I realized what I like about this practice and that is the genuine care and attention I received from everyone. Dr Whitekettle explains everything really well and takes time to ask and answer questions
Side note: after only 3 visits in the space of about ten days I’m feeling much better!!“
