“Their quality of product and installation is stellar. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I absolutely love the library bookcases they built for me. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is their lackluster communication. When they gave progress updates and reasons for delays - completely understandable with today's supply chain issues and rampant fall illnesses - I had to call for them. Considering the quality of their work and diligence during installation, I can only assume they were busy building, which ultimately I can't fault them for.“
