We turned the thermostat up to kick on the heat and the unit did not turn over. After trying to figure it out myself, with no luck of course, I called Charles.He had me troubleshoot somethings over the phone and being that it is Christmas weekend, he was still willing to come out here, however he told me what it sounded like and told me what to do and check so I could fix it myself instead.He was 100% on the money! Exactly what he said would be wrong, was, and he wasn’t even at my house to see it for himself.Just an awesome guy and I couldn’t be more thankful for him taking the time to do that.I have an upstairs zone that is not working properly as well.
