Jody at Tri-Tech in Siler City is an absolute wizard. It was my second visit there with a crashed laptop. In both instances, he was able get the machine up and running and most importantly recover all the programs and data. The only thing I had to do was reconnect to my network and peripherals when I got it home.
Even more amazing, he turned it around in an hour.
His work is outstanding and his prices are competitive. He's the best.

Good experience with a computer professional. Jody identified and solved the problem with my hard drive and fixed it in a timely manner. Price was fair and customer service and communications were excellent. Follow up issues were dealt with remotely and promptly with encouragement to contact him if any issues arose. The business is in his home and meetings and consultations were done outside in his driveway which is a bit awkward and inconvenient but still worth the quality of his work, professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely use his services again.
