Good experience with a computer professional. Jody identified and solved the problem with my hard drive and fixed it in a timely manner. Price was fair and customer service and communications were excellent. Follow up issues were dealt with remotely and promptly with encouragement to contact him if any issues arose. The business is in his home and meetings and consultations were done outside in his driveway which is a bit awkward and inconvenient but still worth the quality of his work, professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely use his services again.

In addition to repairs, they have "built" two work computers for me at a fraction what I would have paid elsewhere. I consider people in this area fortunate to have a resource like this. The few times we have used them , it was fast , friendly and reasonable priced . Called them and left voice mail and they call back with in 15 min. Knowledgeable and communicated with me so I could understand .
