Suits homes is a family owned business that treated us as if we were a part of their family. From our first visit to tour their homes to receiving our certificate of occupancy they made us feel like our needs were their top priority. We are very happy!!!
We found Suits Homes by accident and are very happy we did. We've owned a Modular home for years and when we decided to move to Moore County we knew we wanted a modular. Suits Homes offered value that no other builder was willing to included. They included back filling around the foundation, gutters and downspouts and an elaborate foundation drain system that we didn't realize we needed. The quality of our new home from Suits far exceeds anything we saw in the display models toured when shopping at other dealers. We just moved into our new home and are very impressed. It all started when we were going to stick build and sub out the build ourselves as we have done in the past, but we soon realized that with the demands of todays work life, that wasn't possible. We searched several modular builders/construction managers and decided on Suits. Terry made the purchase process seamless, and Ray and Kent allowed us to be part of the the entire process, pre-construction through punch. Any changes or additions that were necessary were discussed fully, change orders written, and cost assigned before implementation.
