I appreciate the staff of Smith & Buckner for everything they did for my mom and my sisters when we planned for the funeral of my father. Mitch (I can't recall his last name) as very kind, compassionate and professional. I never felt like he was rushing us into picking out a plan or service or forcing us to make a pricey decision. He gave us time to talk things over and walked my mom through every step. I can't speak for my mother, but I can say we were all pleased with how we were treated and for the beautiful service. We thank you again for your kindness and professionalism. May God continue to bless you in all you do.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but everyone at Smith & Buckner made coping so much easier. Through the whole process, they were there to support and guide us. They really did treat us like family. They truly care and treat everyone with such compassion, dignity and respect. We worked mostly with Mickey & Natasha, and I really can’t say enough great things about them. Their professionalism and kindness will always be remembered.
My stepdad passed away in Florida and we buried him in silver City North Carolina.When the family arrived from all over the country. As a family we went to meet the funeral director. I have lost a lot of very close loved ones in my life. These men were absolutely amazing! The care and the love that we felt from them were absolutely amazing. It wasn't fake, you can't fake what we felt from them. That helped us tremendously when grieving for our dad! Thank you guys so much!!
