Our Heating/Cooling system was purchased in 2001 from Shelby Heating & Air and they have never failed to provide us with excellent service. Our heat stopped working this past Saturday and Monday morning Shelby Heating & Air was calling earlier than we expected. We were surprised but relieved to hear that a Technician was being sent out the same day. Chris done a fantastic job of finding and fixing our problem. This company has always gone above and beyond with the services they provide. Holden please give Chris a raise for bringing our Dinosaur back to life once again !
