I visited Dr. Cline on January 27, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing—so much so that I will not be returning for future visits.

This was my second appointment. During my first visit in November, I was examined for astigmatism as I needed glasses to drive comfortably at night. I had some trouble with watering eyes during the exam, and I was reassured by one of the assistants that this wouldn't affect the results. However, it felt counterintuitive since my vision was clearly blurred by tears. Dr. Cline confirmed that I have astigmatism and assured me that glasses would resolve my issues.

As a single mother on fixed income I tried to call to schedule my infant an appointment that she desperately needs and was told I have to pay a deposit of $25 which I don't have in order to be seen. Is a person who receives Medicaid my co-pays never been more than $4 anywhere and I found that outrageous the staff didn't seem to care and didn't want to help with the solution I don't advise you or any of your family to go there

I got a call the other day from this eye center. The woman I was talking to was confused about where the referral came from.Didn’t know the doctor’s name. Gave me two names of Dr’s I don’t even have. Then said I have to have a diabetic eye exam.. I said I don’t have diabetes!! Mind you I go to Morgantown Eye Center In Shelby. So I had no idea what was going on. Come to find out after awhile on the phone, She was talking to the wrong person. But continued to tell me before making the appointment she needed 25.00 copay.. No money no appointment!!! What???!! No clue how to talk to people and wanted a copay before even seeing a patient.. I would never recommend...read full review
