I had the pleasure of meeting Christy. She was very professional and welcoming. People reading these reviews need to understand the business of drug screening. Of course, if you're trying to cheat the system and get caught, you're going to attack the employee. I was in and out without any issues. Even though Christy was the only one working. Give this woman a raise.
I can give this company the highest possible score in professionalism, excellence and intentionally great customer care. They truly go out of their way in order to help you and to meet your needs whenever that’s possible.I showed up this Friday morning for a random drug and alcohol screening. Kathy, who is the receptionist today and also a technician kindly announced there was no one available to perform the alcohol part of the test until next Monday. Then, upon learning I had a Sunday evening deadline to submit the results, Kathy immediately went into “Let me see what we can do” mode. A year ago this place was very cold, uninviting, and a specific dark haired lady made sure to let you know she wasn’t happy to be here and that your experience wasn’t as well. BUT TODAY WAS GREAT! New staff and her not being there anymore will make you come back and always choose this company on Wyke road. Such positive people, inviting, calm and comforting environment and their smiles just make you smile. Everyone is not only extremely kind but they are excellent at their jobs and knowledgeable.
