CSI came out same day and did a great job! The office staff and service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wesley did a great job repairing our unit. He was also considerate and helpful with showing us how to use the new thermostat.

CSI Mechanical came through again! David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining what the issue was with our mini-split system that was no longer heating/cooling. Quick, efficient, excellent customer service.

We have an old furnace, and the blower motor went bad on it. It does the section of our house with the kids rooms in it, so we really needed to get it working again so our kids don’t freeze at night! Fortunately, CSI Mechanical was there to diagnose and solve the issue. The technician, David Bradshaw, came by on time and installed a new blower motor for us, and I know it was not an easy repair. He had everything working against him - the flue pipe was in the way, the system is very old and it is an extremely cramped area to work in.
