Once again, Fred did an amazing job with our unit! We signed up for the Spring/Winter maintenance plan simply because of the level of expertise and professionalism shown by Fred this past summer! We highly recommend this company and pray that this type of experience continues for a very long time!! We are praising God to have found CSI and definitely for Fred!!!!!
Came home to no AC week of 7/20/23. Ambient temps in mid 90s. Called couple companies. CSI called right back, came out next morning. Had the parts able to replace, both techs explained repairs thoroughly and professionally. Repaired an got my AC back running . Price was very fair and they were friendly and professional. I dealt with Chris. Thank you so much , and highly recommend them.
Unfortunately my new heat pump came from the manufacturer with a defect (these things happen but I believe Trane makes a good system) but the team at CSI went above and beyond to fix the problem. I am very pleased with the costumer service and my family and I are nice and cool now.
