I'm a client of the resort side, but not the spa side. HOWEVER, both sides treat me as a client. Kirsten and Charlie are very professional and treat my 100lbs toddler as their own. They're very informative, caring and very attentive to my mountainous pile of fur's needs. When I've had family emergencies they were first to offer their services outside of our normal arrangement. My four-legged stooge loves going to doggy daycare and is a very happy (and sleepy!) critter for it. I'll suggest their service to anyone!!!!!!
Our Rosie was very well cared for today as Cosmopawlitan! She looks and smells terrific. We are so pleased, we have already booked her next appointment! Thank you for taking excellent care of our pup.
The owner is so sweet she has the biggest heart she truly loves dogs and animals. she is the best dog groomer i have been to. she has done so much for my fur baby. i highly recommend her to everyone who has dogs as pets ❤️
