We have our unit serviced twice a year. We had the pleasure of a tech named Kelly come out for our 6 month check. Kelly was polite, professional and did an exceptional job, kudos to Bill Shuford for hiring such an exceptional person to their team of service technicians.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. The technician quickly assessed the problem for the H/A unit and repaired it without delay.
