I got a basic pedicure and SNS dip on my nails. I don’t mind spending $40 on a pedicure, especially when it’s high quality. However, this pedicure wasn’t that great. I still have dead skin on the heel of my feet and the lady who did my pedicure didn’t use lotion or even touch my feet to massage or thoroughly rub in. It was only the exfoliant and oil. She scratched my legs with her nails instead of rubbing/massaging it, which was incredibly uncomfortable and hurt. Furthermore, when she did my nails, she repeatedly nicked my fingers with the nail file, causing them to bleed a little. Overall, I’m displeased with this experience and I won’t be going back.

Due to the fact you only have from what I saw only two workers. For weekends you should have more. specially being in a college town. You have enough equipment to hire at least 6 people. To better serve your customers. No one should have to wait for 2 or more hrs or have to leave and come back.

I went there to get a full set of nails done. My 6 year old daughter wanted her first mani and pedi. I asked for a full set of nails with design and they gave me gel nails when I didn’t ask for them. Ended up spending 104 that I didn’t budget for. The nails are nice but definitely not worth the 70+ I paid for them. They charged me 5 just to use a debit card. I won’t be going back there again.
