This is a followup review to the rude review from two weeks ago. I am a female and I shop in this store all the time. The gentlemen that was so immaturely called out who works there with a picture is by far one of the smartest sales associates that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He has helped me with fish, reptiles and dog information. It is rare to have someone so knowledgeable in such an establishment. He is also extremely kind. Just because you were given an honest opinion and may not have gotten what you wanted or whatever the case may be maybe next time tell the whole story or just don't share your rudeness online.

I was back in the store with my dog to exchange a harness that was too small. Margie met me in the harness aisle and helped me find the best fit. After some discussion about medical and behavior issues, she brought us back to the training pen where she was so kind to work me and my boy on what we have going on. She was very helpful and I truly appreciate the time she took with us. The exchange was a breeze. Thank you for the great service all around.

This is a nice, clean store that had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to buy a dog bed we wanted because there was no one available to get it down for us. They definitely would benefit from having more staff present.
