I brought my dog to Petsmart grooming after being disappointed with many of the privately-owned pet groomers in my immediate area (cost, service, inability to get an appointment without weeks and weeks of waiting time (even though I am an on-the-record client) and I am here to tell you that I will use Petsmart exclusively going forward. I have used Petsmart in the past in other states that I have lived and I have never been disappointed. The same is true with this location. I called and had an appointment booked two days later. Molly and Maria are fantastic. They did such a great job with Ivy and Kassie. Ivy gave a little fuss and wanted to be a baby that day, thank you Maria for helping out. They both look, feel and smell sooo much better. You both always go above and beyond for our little girls and we thank you.. See you soon.

Used the self serve wash and a bit expensive at $15 when every other place from Bolivia to Calabash charges $10. If you're going to charge me $15 you should give clean towels . Why would I want to dry a now clean dog with a filthy towel? Also, one of the two dryers does not work at all
