I approached the counter to see a doctor or make an appt. To my very surprise I was able to be seen. Was checked in, given paperwork to fill out, then was called back for my visit. My paperwork wasn't completed. Very professional from the beginning. Didn't get the bums rush. Their team was very proficient. Got my answer that day. Had to finish paperwork at end of my visit. Really, they were awesome!! I will be returning for more help.
It was a pleasure to meet Katie Taylor this morning. Very knowledgeable in her field. I was surprised to learn that she trained under my back surgeon in Philadelphia who is well known up there.
Rachel was very helpful informative and helping me set up my shot for my back. I give her five stars.
