We have worked with Nolan Payne (now the owner) since he was a newly in real estate and took care of our dear friends the Fazio's. He is deeply committed to his clients, their families and extended relationships. We bought a lot that we later were unable to build on due to some changing circumstances and he took control and quickly got it sold and closed. I am also a real estate agent and I do not hesitate to refer him to my client base when they are considering the Leland/Wilmington/Ocean Isle (plus lots more) areas. He runs a tight ship and you would be in good hands to use anyone in his company.
I moved from Philadelphia to Leland, NC in June of 2023 and after about 6 months, I was looking to buy a home. I spoke to a friend of mine, and he said the typical, “Give my guy a call. My wife and I are new to North Carolina. We fell in love with the Brunswick County beaches while visiting a couple of years ago. We contacted Nolan Payne from Carolina Plantations Real Estate and asked him to show us the area. He really took the time to help us find communities that were a great fit for us. Once my wife and I selected our favorite neighborhoods Nolan was there to help us search for our dream house. He answered all of our questions and gained our trust and respect. We appreciate the countless hours that Nolan spent helping us find the perfect house.
