When I became eligible for PCA services I had 3 agencies prior to Home Life Care because the agencies did not have staffing. Home Life Care was able to get me an aide that is reliable and consistent about her job and duties. The past 2 years my first birthday card has been from Home Life Care and signed by the office staffing, nothing better than a card because it is more meaningful if you like written things vs electronic.
