My DOT Medical Card was suspended because of a medical condition that I had already been cleared for by my primary physician. In my opinion, it never should have been suspended in the first place. Even after I provided documentation from my doctor verifying that I had been medically cleared, the previous physician would not overturn her decision, even though the documentation was there to support it.

He did not rush me, dismiss my concerns, or treat me like I was just another appointment. After reviewing everything, he was able to reinstate my DOT Medical Card, which had been in good standing since 2001.

What stood out to me just as much as the result was the way I was treated from beginning to end. Dr. Bailey and his staff were friendly, professional, respectful, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem instead of simply trying to collect a dollar.
