Value built homes were great to work with from the start to finish. All employees were great to work with from Don the planner/design drafter, and Paul the project supervisor. Don advised me of the timeline from start to the finish project. Everything went as planned. David Porter was the site project manager was great to work with. David kept me abreast weekly about what would be happening the next week as the project moved forward. David was an excellent site manager to work with. Value built homes takes care of their customers.

Our overall experience with Value Build has been great. The dynamics of our house was unusual, but they made it work. We were satisfied from our sales experience with Don, to the building with Jeff. Ask any questions and you have and you will get an answer. Thank you Value Build!!

For years we wanted a house built not a big house but a nice comfortable home. About a mile from where I lived a beautiful 2 story house was being built, it belonged to a former student of mine. The Value Build Homes signs were posted everywhere. I had to contact my former student about her new home, she said she loved it, the house has everything she wanted and more.
