It was a rollercoaster ride for us but in the end we are very satisfied with the house. Wayne and Kevin got this turned around for us. Main issue was communication during a challenging time when our project manager left the company but they got it right in the end. The house is a very high quality home for the price. You do get the biggest bang for your buck with valuebuild especially the cost per sq ft price and they have a nice selection of house plans to fit any need.
