The new confirmation processes and system is not effective nor efficient. I was told through the system and upon arrival I didn't have insurance when my updated card information hadn't been entered.
Dr. Williams is wonderful and consistent. She provides great information to allow the patient to make informed decisions regarding their eye health. I appreciate her and will continue to utilize her services as long as she is operating in this area.
Dr. Williams is great, so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked great questions and was efficient during my eye exam. She was kind in delivering bad news and offered real solutions to ease concerns. Diana helped select the perfect frames for me and answered all my questions about the different features. I highly recommend Triangle Visions in Sanford. My experience was terrific!
Have been using this eye care for vision care since my last optometrist is no longer available (est 2015). Very satisfied with all the staff .
P.S. Also use their other location in Lillington, and that staff is good as well.
