I was just there yesterday and have been a faithful customer for over 3 years. Every 2-3 weeks I am sitting at station 20. I was there with Ms. Helen and now with Ms. Abby since Ms. Helen retired. Abby has done an amazing job. She is patient, gentle and kind. She listens and does exactly what is asked. I have never walked away disappointed. No matter the costs which by the way have risen as with all goods and services these days she will always have my business!
My daughter and I have been going to Nail Palace for several years, and Abby is always the person we see. My daughter has special needs and absolutely loves getting her nails done, and Abby has always been so patient, and wonderful with her. She takes her time, is always very careful, and makes every visit a positive experience for both of us. Abby does beautiful work and always makes us feel welcome. She even offers us something to drink before we get started. We always leave happy with our nails and look forward to our next appointment. Abby has been doing my nails for years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She takes her time, pays attention to detail, and does a perfect almond shape! She is my go to girl and I will not get them done by anyone else but her. As someone who works 60 hours a week typing, I need strong and durable nails to last. My nails do not EVER break after she does them. I do acrylic overlay which can chip at times and I have never had that happen. Abby is for sure such a blessing for nails in this area. The choices are truly terrible. Please go see her you will not regret it.
