Wouldn't recommend wasting much of your time trying to get him to do any work / diagnostics if you have a residential septic issue.. One, he probably doesn't have time for you and 2 , if he returns your phone call at all. Best to go with larger Septic Company that can actually make an appointment with you and come look at your issue.

Whoever it is driving your red truck today just almost hit me and my child because they weren't obeying the rules of the road. turned left, right in front of our vehicle, while we had the right of way turning right. Would have completely demolished my vehicle. Didn't even apologize there anything. I'm sure you wouldn't want that on your insurance. This neighborhood is full of children.

Built new home and due to our allowances, we were required to hire septic installer. Although Mr. Sharpe has been doing this for over 40 yrs, he is unfortunately not up on the times or professional. We had him quote us for standard install at $4600. Received quote from other installer for reduction system at $4200. While still getting quotes, he left a load of shredded tires in our backyard without our ok and we happened be stopping by the house to check in on it or he would have done the job the next day without our knowing.
