The technicians were diligent in trying to address the issue. They did not try to upsell me they just wanted to work on fixing the problem. They identified the part that was causing the problem and replaced it.
Chris and James were excellent—showed up early and got the system cleaned and functioning to full capacity. Chris was able to identify a loose wire for auxiliary heat that is critical for cold winter temperatures. Thanks guys !
